Nobody’s Home Dropped Their New CD At The Whisky – March 23rd

Born in the heart of Hollywood, the alt-rock band Nobody’s Home (not the Australian band) has officially released their self-titled debut CD with a party at the Whisky A Go-Go on March 23rd. Recorded with engineer Jeff Lewis (The Jackson 5), the 7 songs offer the upbeat style that makes the band an on stage riot. The punk-edge songs like “Six-Figure Punk” and driving riff-rockers like the album’s title track “Nobody’s Home” translate to the stage with sing-along choruses and audience participation. All in all, it was well worth attending.

The band consists of:

Sky Nathan (Scott) – Vocals

Chris Sestric – Guitar/BG Vox

K.D. Kassenbrock (Khadejhia) – Bass/BG Vox

Yuichi Ikeda – Drums

On stage, the band introduced their new album with a 7 song set-list that covered the majority of the album, minus the track “Wake Up.” It was a great introduction for attendees to meet the band.

Set List:

1. Lullabies
2. Always Get Me Going
3. Bright Lights
4. Bullet Proof Back Pack
5. Nobody’s Home
6. Mi Corazon
7. Six Figure Punk
